We also collect standard website usage information through Shopify and configured analytics tools. Please do not include sensitive personal or medical information in appointment notes.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, contact you to confirm and manage appointments, provide and improve our services, and meet applicable legal obligations. Promotional messages and personalised advertising are separate from appointment-related communications and are used only where we have the appropriate permission and meet applicable law and platform requirements. Requesting an appointment does not by itself constitute consent to personalised advertising.
4. Service Providers and Data Storage
Our website is hosted on Shopify. We use Shopify and other service providers as needed to operate the website, handle enquiries and appointments, and provide analytics and advertising services as described below. Information may be processed outside India by these providers. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed for the stated purposes or applicable legal requirements.
5. Personalised Advertising and Retargeting
